Ellen and the team at The Vault were incredible to work with! They helped bring my wedding vision to life, and the difference their work made was truly unforgettable. From the lighting to the chair covers and all the finishing decorative touches, every detail came together beautifully and completely transformed our ceremony and reception spaces. Their team was professional, organized, and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Seeing everything come together on our wedding day exceeded my expectations, and their services absolutely did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend The Vault to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about creating a beautiful, polished event!

We were married April of 2026 & worked with Ellen at The Vault for rentals, design, signage & set-up for our big day. Prior to our wedding, Ellen worked with us to generate a theme, coordinating with our wedding planner, floral designer & the resort to ensure all aspects of our vision was brought to life... & Ellen delivered a flawless result! Our wedding day was everything we envisioned & more. Our head table was an idea of The Vault & it completely blew me away, I still reflect on how dreamy it looked & it was such an eye-catcher. The chairs were gorgeous & Ellen also provided an amazing backdrop that made our head table feel whimsical, romantic, ethereal & truly magical. In addition, Ellen provided hand-made, custom signage for all our various stations & we were able to bring them home with us afterwards. A very big part of our planning with Ellen was accommodation for two VIP guests that required accessibility assistance throughout the weekend & she provided us with EXACTLY what we needed to keep them safe, make them comfortable & also keep up with the theme & design of our wedding vibe. These folks are top notch! Absolutely made our wedding day look amazing. We had a lot of diverse themes to incorporate (tattoos, North Woods, pancakes, Las Vegas...) and we weren't sure how it would all come together, but damn it sure did. They understood our vision and our "vibe" and made it all come together. For two control freaks like my husband and me, it was a little hard to just "let go" and not see how any of our wedding spaces were styled until we arrived. But they did an incredible job and we would not have changed a thing. All our guests remarked on how fun, cool and unique the decor was, and how there was so much attention to detail. Ellen and her team at The Vault did an amazing job decorating for my Christmas inspired wedding! The planning process was easy, and Ellen helped to brainstorm ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. The Vault team was so efficient the day of, and the decor was stunning!
